How it works
Each session includes creative work using art materials, verbal reflection, and discussion. Images and words work together to support the therapeutic process.
All sessions are conducted in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, safety, and professional ethics. Regular attendance supports continuity and helps deepen the therapeutic work.
All art materials are provided. The pace and structure of therapy are always adapted to the needs, capacities, and life stage of each individual or family, offering a safe space for exploration, understanding, and meaningful change.
